Michelle Young-Hares studied ceramics at Edinburgh College of Art, 1990-94.
She currently has a studio 10 miles north of Glasgow.
Working in two distinct styles she creates organic, sensuous sculptures using imagery drawn from natural forms, and a range of Raku bowls, candlesticks and jewellery.
