The work developed through a desire to express the visceral fragility, complexity and beauty of natures' abundance.
Using macro photography to record and explore the world of stamen and tendril, the resulting ceramics are often complex constructions, describing the experience of being alive and connected to the natural world
Work is thrown, altered, hand built, textured and carved.
Multi fired to mid stoneware temperatures in an electric kiln.
